Organizational Change Design, Development, & Management

Habit is an activity that a person deliberately decides to perform once and continues doing without focus, often frequently.

Such “automatic behaviours” reside in the deep brain’s basal ganglia, which translate deeds into customary actions by using a process called “chunking.”

Implicit social cognition includes both favorable and unfavorable assessments, activated without an individual’s awareness or intentional control.

Unconscious Bias is an implicit bias happening by our brains making incredibly quick judgments and assessments of people and situations without us realizing.

These can be influenced by our background, cultural environment, and personal experiences, and results in feelings and attitudes towards others based on race, ethnicity, age, appearance, accent, etc.

GovernanceAlive’s Organizational Change services will assist your organization and team with shifting deeply ingrained, sub-optimal, ineffective habits of organization and communication and leadership.

Organizations and communities, when not attentive to creating dynamic systems free from unconscious bias and habits can be swept away by the drives of change, therefore, to grow and improve, change must be tended from the strategic model perspective and the individuals that comprise it because real long lasting change comes from within.

Our tools invite change in the individual behavior of the employees as well the strategy and communication systems necessary for operating a dynamic model.
