Increase Employee Engagement

Based on an organizational design system called sociocracy, “Alive at Work” transforms organizations by fostering a dynamic, inclusive culture where every employee feels valued and empowered.

Increase Efficiency

“Alive at Work” boosts organizational efficiency by streamlining processes and fostering a collaborative culture. Studies have shown that companies using the principles our system is based on are 38% more efficient than traditional organizations, the interaction in the overall organization is 24% better, and the feeling of a culture based on trust and fairness is 21% higher.

The combination of facilitation, which is familiar to International Association of Facilitators CPFs, and sociocracy gives deeper insights into facilitation training and leadership training. It’s very helpful for organizational change, too. It is being offered to business clients in Korea as well as the USA. John and Hyunhee are searching for North American facilitators who can understand sociocracy and blend it with general facilitation. We hope it will also broaden what you can offer to your clients.
