Advanced Dynamic Governance Facilitation

Once people have experienced the effectiveness dynamic governance, they often want to bring it immediately to the organizations of which they are part. One of the biggest challenges in doing this is that early in the implementation process, previously unaddressed and sometimes painful issues emerge. Thus, initial implementation requires a higher level of facilitation skill than after an organization has experienced the process.

This course is designed to help bridge the gap. In addition to learning dynamic governance’s third decision-making process (Decision-Making Without a Proposal) and to gaining coached practice with all three decision-making techniques, participants will also learn about many of the challenging situations that can arise when previously unaddressed, and often charged, issues surface. The course offers concrete, practical and tested strategies for dealing with these situations and supports participants in trying these strategies out in the “learning laboratory” of the course before attempting to use them in the higher-stakes territory of their own organizations.
