Module 1; Running Effective Meetings and the Art of Sociocracy

Online Training; April 10th, 12th, 15th and 17th, 2024

Are you participating in teams or groups that …

… want to run better?

… want to work in a more autonomous and self-determined way?

… want to have more effective meetings fueled by inclusive decision making?

… want to leverage the innovative power of the diverse perspectives of your team or organization?

If so, this is a training that you cannot afford to miss!

In the current Age of Participation, meeting facilitation is a priceless skill and an indispensable ability, especially for creating self-determined teams that thrive on equivalence and collaboration. Experienced meeting facilitation is especially important for distributed teams working  remotely, relying on frequent online meetings.

It’s time for us to evolve and address paralyzing old trends of autocratic hierarchy and exclusion. Sociocratic facilitation supports the “conscious evolution” of teams and organizations, in a way that no voice is ignored
