John Buck
John Buck was the first internationally certified dynamic self-governance consultant in the Americas. Before discovering DSG over 20 years ago (when it was referred to exclusively as sociocracy), he had nearly given up hope of finding an organizational structure that truly empowers every level of an organization. He has extensive experience managing hundreds of people in both government and corporate sectors and, through his consulting in DSG, has enlivened and strengthened a wide variety of organizations.
