John Buck

John Buck has extensive leadership experience with government and corporations, including managing more than 200 people on information technology projects. John is the first person, not native to the Netherlands, to be certified in the circle-organization method of governance (dynamic governance), thus, becoming the first certified consultant in dynamic governance in the United States. As head of GovernanceAlive LLC, he introduced dynamic governance to a wide range of North American and international organizations. John assists businesses and organizations in designing work and making group decisions effectively by “rewiring” basic power in the organization. He is a member of the National Speakers Association and earned a Master’s degree from George Washington University. He is coauthor of We the People: Consenting to a Deeper Democracy, A Guide to Sociocratic Principles and Methods.

Monika Megyesi

Monika Megyesi has a diverse background in conflict resolution and management processes. At GovernanceAlive, she implements conflict prevention and transformation processes through dynamic governance methods, training, mediation and facilitation. She works with community mediation centers in Maryland, Maryland Commission on Human Relations (MCHR), Commission on Common Ownership Communities (CCOC), District Court of Maryland and Superior Court for the District of Columbia. Monika received her Master’s degree in Negotiations and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore.
